    personally I would go 110 as from my experiences (50 grn in 223 and 110 in 270) the faster the better) BUT other than reduce recoil they wont do anything sub 200 that a 180grn round nose hornady wont do better.....except maybe bore holes through strainer posts.....
    The 180 would rip the post out of the ground instead. (-:
