Back in days when I only had one rifle and shot factory loads PMC was cheapest load so the 270 got fed 130 grn loads of that...LOTS of them, wasn't unusual to use sixty rounds a weekend on wallabies.my rifle would flatten the lead tips of rounds in bottom of magazine as some would get ten or fifteen rounds fired above them. I learnt to take pair of snips and neatly remove the exposed lead beforehand left small flat tip with copper jacket right to tip.they still shot very accurately so do t write off your 150s..just make them tidy and carry on as before.no need to overthink it.
