Thread: 147 ELDm in a 6.5/284 loads.

I have bought some 147 gn projectiles to run in my 1:8 twist rifle. 24 inch bbl.

I presently use 140 eldms or Berger vld hunting projectiles.

I have 09, 13, and 2217. Also RL 19,22, 25,26.
Thinking 2217 or RL22.

My accuracy load with 17 is pretty slow at 2800 fps.

I’d like to get about this speed with 147s. Lapua brass.

Is anyone loading 147s in this case and wanting to share loads and experiences?
