Thread: 150 Eldx in 7mm?

Cant comment specifically on the 150 eldx but I use the 145eldx in my 270wsm and have had nothing but bang flops from 140 yards to 300 yards on fallow and reds, no intention to change any time soon, I recovered the projectile from the dirt behind one of the fallow I shot at 140 yards and it was complete showing good expansion and certainly hadn't blown up.
Personally I would be happy shooting out to 500 yards in good conditions if I couldn't get closer, they carry more than enough energy to do the buisness out that far (1670 ft/lbs @2281fps) and further that's just my limit.
