    Hodgdon powder, web site has load data,
    Nice choice, I have a hornardy hornet, and use H335, with the 25 gr And H110, and twenty grain v-max,
    Just picked up a 17 fireball and loaded first batch of 25gr, with H335, to test, perhaps thursday.

    what action and rifle is your ackley built on ?
    shooting .17 ackley hornet so size dos'nt matter

    Its Just a hornardy hornet, and on a CZ American, I am bring it back to new Zealand next time I fly home.

    20 grn V-max, 11.5 grns N120 @3525 ft/per sec. Winchester case and WSR primers
    20 grn V-max, 12.3 N120 @ 3775 ft per sec. As above case and primer

    25 grn Berger HP - 11.2 grns N120 @3325 ft per sec. Winchester case and WSR primer.

    Usual caution applies - start low and work. Loads safe in one rifle may not necessary be safe in another etc.
