    It's a dying caliber Maca, I don't even know if they make it any more, ammo will get harder and harder to get. Turn the rifle into a full HMR

    Much easier to go 22lr surely, and get an HMR on the side?

    Apparently you can get the chamber reamed out to a full HMR for a pretty reasonable cost and away you go. A lot of the guys that got the HMR2 in Marlins get them done with great success.

    I think I have a source, I have a lot of ammo now, I also shoot a 17 HMR, just having a piss around for fun instead of the .22. Will look a reaming if it turns to poo
