The good old 222 magnum surfaces again. It died then ruger used it as the basis of the 204, now with a slightly different shoulder necked back to 224 it's hot again.

Yep mine was a reamed out T3 1-8” that Greg did. Was an absolute hammer on wallabies with the 65gr spbt and was stupid accurate as well! How knows I may have kept it if it didn’t get stolen [emoji2373] i have thought about building one on a custom action with enough Mag space for the heavies in the past…I do have a quantity of necked up and 2x fired norma brass as @Mathias mentioned

Look at a 22 Nosler for a bit more on a .378 boltface. I was running 55 grs @ 3480 fps in my 18 inch barreled dpms before the confiscation. Boomer.
