    2206H 75bthp & 77TMK's

    Hi, normally run BM2 with 75bthp & 77TMK's out of 16" barrel AR 1:7 & 1:8's quite nicely.

Have a 4kg of 2206H sitting in garage needs to be used, has anyone had success with this on the heavier 223 projectiles or should I just grab some more BM2?
Need to check diary, but think was at around 24gr BM2 at max mag length could fit in metal mag that would feed? Think this was a fairly max load, how does 2206h compare?
    Cheers.

    I second it!

    I use 2208 with 69gr+ projectiles in a longer barrels, 18"+.

The following link will show you various loads with "American" powder brands equivalent to the ones we have here from ADI, a long and interesting series trying to reproduce a mil spec load with the heavy projectiles.
I must advise, he does use mil surplus brass and "specific" brand of brass too for his loads but overall interesting.

Thanks, okay so 4895=AR2206H. Looks like they getting a sweet spot around the 24gr with that as well. Maybe some loaded longer for bolt gun so will check book and maybe start at 23gr. Wouldn't be suprised if that's already over in the Adi book or nearly max.
