    I shall rephrase...you cannot sucessfully reload 222rem using 223rem dies...you just cant size enough of the neck for it to work.....and if your going to mutilate a set of 223 dies..you may as well buy new 222rem ones.

    They are scarce, hard to find and not a normal die. They are a pretty loose fit and only neck size. And I did suggest machining about 0.05" off the base of the die due to the different length.
    Lee now only produce the classic loader in a few cartridges
    Hunt safe, look after the bush & plug more pests. The greatest invention in the history of man is beer.
