Interesting that the ADI data (2206H) shows 23.8 ( C ) being maximum for a 45grn projectile.
24.5 grn might be a bit over the top in a 222 - might be OK in a 223. Case capacity somewhat more in the 223.
748 powder I do not have. I'll try what I have to begin with.

That's exactly what I would do. No reason why 2206H wouldn't work.
