need to have the rifle in hand before I get to far in to buying pills....just incase I dont like it for the kids

Have been using the 63gr sierras for years and years great for everything including red deer.

You could always use the 65gr (or 64gr???) if you like a more streamlined projectile.

You can use 69 noslers for the targets but as you've seen performance on animals was poor, 60grn v-max great on pests.

I dont know they went OK on head shots..... that brown one is one of your shots



but yes I also remember dropping the far goats while you lot had most run away from the medium ones
