Thread: 223 case defect

Mate has just had a similar experience with a brand new T3 although the radial marks at the shoulder weren't there. Hard to close on factory ammo, hard to extract. Could also see a mark running length wise in the chamber. To give B NZ their due they swapped the rifle immediately (was expecting to be jerked around).
The Marlin definitely needs returning and the owner needs to stand his ground for a replacement.
