I couldn't watch it....he waffled too much without getting to the point.

I went with 10thou off the lands and they seem to like it.
Loaded up 3 rounds of each charge weight with 2208 and 2206h.
2208 loads 3/4-1 moa
2206h loads half moa for all charge weights I tried.
Got up to 3100fps with a good ES at the top so will load up some more at that and see if its repeatable but looks very good so far.
