    223and 2206H

Does anyone use 2206h in their 223, used to use it with Bryns 52gr bullet in a 22-250 with excellent results
will it work as well in the 223 or am I better off with 2208 or BM1 or BM2
    Cheers.

    Its good, I would only use 2208 with 70gn + projectiles in a .223

Cheers, small rifle primers I guess, never had to use them, guess I'll need to buy some, the red box hornady is shooting fine in the CZ but I've all these bullets and powder, be dumb not to use it.

Muron small rifle primers have worked just for for me, with 25.5gr 2206H with Vmax for the AR, 26gr with Sierra hollow points for the rifle

Yep, 26 seems bloody good with the sierria hp, thought the crater in the tip was excessive when i first saw them but im converted now. Used to use 2208 but 06h is definitly better with the lighter bullets.

I did. Couldn't get decent accuracy though, nothing averaging below 1.3MOA.

I'm also using 2206h but with 75 grain amax's. It shoots well and I didn't know about using 2208 until after I bought 4kg of 06h

    AR
    16"
    1 in 9

    Bolt - Sako 75
    22"
    1 in 8

Weighed and checked oal of projectiles, typical Remington were all over the place.
Heavier Sierra and Hornady shot better so dumped the Remingtons

AR2206h and .223 go together like French vanilla ice cream and home made apple pie
been my go to load for years, only switched to win 748 cause I bought lb powder cheap.
any pill from 45-55grn got poked out nice n accurately with no mess no fuss
