I also had a 40 degree .260 bugger all gain over the standard but no need to trim cases.
I now have a standard shooting 143 at 2860fps

Before RL26 I wished I just bought a standard 260 for all the fucking around fireforming etc.
I didnt see any significant gains over a standard either.

Yeah the 260rem does well to be fair. The 140 amax at 2900 is pretty decent. Liie. Others have said maybe the x284 is the right route

I've been down that road and there was no advantage I only got 2800 with the 130grn.
But RL26 may get you more all my loads are in 20" barrels.
