When I was messing around with 260s a few years ago I found H414, more speed and small groups cant quote any thing now but i remember H414 was superior to 2209 and 2213sc.
I think w 760 is also close to H414.

2209 gives me the best groups/velocity with 139-140gr bullets in my 20" Rem model 7, I tried W760 but couldn't get groups anywhere near as good (0.6-0.7with 2209) and pressures seemed to build earlier so wasn't getting the same velocity.
Am now running a 139gr Scenar at 2780fps and shooting reasonable groups, will shoot around 2" at 412yards consistently, and they tried telling me the Model 7 1in9" tube wouldn't stabilise anything over 130!
