Thread: .270 and heavy(ish) bullets

Just been watching a few YouTube channels, particularly on the 250 Savage and the 270WSM. Now there are a few guys on there pushing the weight limits on the .270 WSM and even in the bog standard 270W and getting the Nosler 165 Accubond LR and 170 Nosler 170 BT to stabilise, they are shooting in mild temperatures around 15C and at around 400m above sea level, no luck with the 175 gameking though they just keyhole. Anyway, not that it's probably needed in NZ but has anyone tried the heavier projectiles in their. 270? And Micky I'm not talking about those round nose things you use. If you do can you direct me to somewhere I can purchase some please.
