    145g ELDX
    58 grains of ADI AR2213SC
    Winchester brass
    cci primers
off the top of my head speed was 2930fps or there abouts.
We did a ladder test starting at 56 grains right up to 59 grains
57 grains and 58 grains where pretty much identical so we went with 58 for the extra velocity.
shooting out of my Sako A7 no pressure signs
    shoots like a laser
Bro your wasteing your time with them, 150 vld is where it's at

Dont waste your time chasing every last fps, it doesnt matter in the real world, it wont make a difference, all it will do is cause head aches and frustrations. And dont listen to silly old cunts

Been running the eldx in sako a7 unsupressed 22” barrel for a while hornady and Norma brass cci200 primers seated as far as the mag will allow using reloader 23 came up from 56g to 58g settled on 57.5 at 2970 FPS +- 10fps 58g was 3020fps but was compressing powder at required seating depth more than would have liked seems to be just as an effective hunting round as any 130g was previously using so will stay with it.
Have shot out to 660yards for interests sake all within 5inch group.
FYI there is also a special seating stem needed fo these projectile because of the extra length chur.

Because they work. As with the Berger you use and find works well. No doubt in the future some new bullet will be marketed and will end up being the Bees knees but till then I won't change.

Or you can modify your existing seating stem like this:
    Seating Stem « Daily Bulletin

I did it because I was damaging Sierra Blitzkings in some comptessed 6x45 reloads and it sorted out the problem.

I finally got around to shooting my ladder test. 49.5-54gr. I started around 2740fps for 49.5gr and reached pressure at 53.0gr & 53.2gr (didn't shoot the higher loads) with 2962fps. I am shooting a 22" Howa and even with factory Federal only ever shot around 2850fps (never reached the 3000's in my .270 ).

I have chosen 51.5gr which was a very wide and flat node at 2820fps. Quite low on the velocity but should be well clear of pressure even in higher temp. and enough for me to be happy with out to a reasonable range. I'll be loading and shooting a seating depth test in the next week or so to see how she groups with that charge weight... My whole ladder test was within 2.5" at appox. 150m so I have high hopes that it will group well. @chubby how did yours go?
