2209 behind a 130. The sweet spot will be between 53 and 55 grains in most brass with a LR primer. 54.5 and 55 in my 2 .270 Win rifles in WW and PMC brass.
N160 and RL-19 are a touch slower than 2209 so you're probably going to need a bit more for similar velocities. I'd start with the 2209 and only try the others if you don't get acceptable accuracy at your best node.
