Thread: 270WSM 130g sst vs the 145 eldx ?

The .270 Wizzem will throw that 145gr ELD-X at 3100 no problem Danny. Neighbour who's on here from time to time (but I've forgotten his username) uses this combo, helped him cut up two medium Kaimai reds shot off farmland last spring, both at a good half a click. Pinned them both through the high shoulders, both shoulder blades broken, half inch or so exits, very clean killing. Didn't see the gralloch but understand both animals were instant collapses which you'd expect with that point of impact. Will see if I can put you in touch with him.
