    .270WSM load data

    hi guys

    Just wonderin what guys out there are using in there 270 WSMs ? Im currently useing 130 gr pro hunters but was thinking about moving up to 150 gr SSTs , im not sure about what powders to use , some guys have recomended AR 2209 AR22132 and AR2217

    For the 150s you will want ar2225.
    Out of interest what we're you using for the 130s?
    Ar2213sc works well on the lighter projectiles.

    Heya Guys

    yeh not sure what powder was being used iv just bought reloading kit just recently , i was goin to ring the guy that used to do it for me but seemed to be getting alot of really cool info from this sight so thort id just throw it out there

    Is 150 projies the way to go OR am i just better to stick with what iv been useing

    Most of my shooting is big reds 110 kg plus , Sika , Fellow and pigs distances from 0 to 4-500 yards

    I would say go for the heavier projectiles, unless your rifle won't shoot them.

    Agree, if you are running 130gr, you might as will just have a 270Win and save the barrel life. No point having a race car if you don't race it! 140 as a min, but best to run 150s. If your barrel is 1:9 step up to 165gr if you can find any.
