    Right, everything is sorted and I'm ready to hunt. Have settled on 150gr VLD, 70.5gr 2225 and federal magnum match primer, gives me 1/2" consistently and some even smaller groups when I really concentrate. Everything confirmed out to 650yds on steel, speed is 3180fps

    I use to run 71gr of Retumbo (2225) for a 150 VLD. Worked pretty well. I think you are in good shape to hunt.
