    You might be better off with a slower burning powder.

    60gr Viht N165 gives me 2850-2900fps with 150gr Sierra Gamekings out of my 22.4" 270 Win.

    I expect that you'd get 3000+ fps with 150gr. 7x64 loads would be a safe starting point IMO.
