    280 ai data

Looking for some good starting points to start loading for my 280 ai. It's a kimber montana and I have some 135gn cutting edge bullets on the way so am planning on using those. If they take too long to arrive then I have some 139 gms that i might have a play with in the meantime.
Not really sure on which powder to go with at ths momsnt so will just buy whatever proves most popular.
    Any advice is appreciated

    Thanks in advance

I had one (another I should never had sold) great calibre shooting the 160 grain bullets, probably the equivalent to the 7mm saum I'm getting built, which will gain nothing on the 280 AI

If you're starting with 140-class bullets, just use 2209. It also works well with 150s but past there, I'd be looking at slower powders.

Mine is doing 3130 with no pressure signs with 150 LRABs and gives excellent accuracy.

162 Amax RL22 or RL23 works for me (could try 2217 if cant get RL). 2213SC for 150gn pills

Looks like the 2209 might be the most versatile for what I want to do. I think the 140-150gn bullets should do what I want them to do.
