    The 28 Nolser is a bit more than a 280 Ross. A 28 Nolser is not far behind the 7 RUM in performance. A 280 Ross is similar to a 280 Rem in performance, Taylor in African Rifles and Cartridges states a 280 Ross shoots a 140gr at 2900 fps.
