@shooternz sent me some 133gr cast lead hollowpoint projectiles to work up some loads for.

Left to right Loaded 7/08 round, 133gr subsonic projectile, 139gr corelokt.
My rifle is a Remington 700 7/08 with an 18” barrel and a gunworks suppressor.
Load round length (from base of cartridge to tip of projectile) varied from 63.88 – 63.97mm.
I used Trailboss powder, Federal Large Rifle projectiles and winchester brass.
I loaded 3 cartridges and got the following velocities at 15 feet.
7.5gr Trailboss 1108fps
7.0gr Trailboss 1059 fps
6.7gr Trailboss 1021 fps
I chose the 6.7gr load and shot a 3 shot group at 25 and then 50yds. My rifle is sighted in with a supersonic load just over 2” high at 100yds. I did not adjust the sights for the groups and aimed at the centre of the black square for both groups.

My velocities for the 25yd group was 1027, 1044, 1040 fps
My velocities for the 50yd group was 1036, 1044, 1049 fps
I'm impressed with the projectiles, accuracy was good and they shot identical to my home made 130gr projectiles.
I haven't had a chance to shoot them on game, but I assume they will work similar to the .308 151gr projectile Robert makes.
