All of the national chain gun retail shop salespeople will tell you you've bought the wrong thing.
At least thats what they all tell me. Especially the blokes at gun city.

thats because they WANT to sell you something else..and all the accessories ,then lots of ammunition to get it shooting right,then a better scope,then a night vision scope and handheld thermal..then a thermal scope....all so you can shoot that deer at 100 yards on back of farm from out of truck window..which sadly is as close to hunting many of them will ever get.
would you like chips n fries with that????
retailers dont make much coin off the fellas who stick to a tried n proven rifle n scope combo....so they want you to own something else.
