If there was a carbon ring it too will have been cleared up by the jb, will keep it in mind. Thanks for the suggestion. I'm catching up with a mate on Monday that has a bore scope, may get him to have a quick look for peace of mind.Quote:

I'm still coming to terms with shooting such a light rifle again. She's no magnum but still pushing a 178gn eldm at 2930fps needless to say it's got quite a bit of muzzle jump even with the brake fitted. I've gone back to my Greystone titanium brake as even though it's not as effective it's so much lighter than my fully dedicated directional brake.
I'm also gonna have to do something to improve the trigger, my last 3 rifles have all had Timmneys and I've become accustomed to much lighter and cleaner braking trigger. All in all very pleased.
