Thread: 30 cal Long range accubonds

The BC of the LR Accubond is eye catching, but it's not really a LR projectile. Nosler have disguised the fact that the construction is not suitable for low velocity by giving it a high BC and hoping it is still going fast enough to get enough expansion when it hits your target at range.

Stick with the ELD-M or ELD-X. Both have high BCs and will do far better at LR. The ELD-M is the better option for very long shots, but not so good on animals up close. If that's a concern, go with the ELD-X.
