Want to try some 180gr accubonds through my 300. What powders are people using. I'm using IMR4064 currently with 150gr nosler BT. Nosler wbsite reccomend
Hybrid 100v for there 180gr. Any one use this or do most use ADI powders.

When I had my 300 WSM I used AR 2209 with the 180 gr Accubond for 2940 fps was a good effective load on game.

IMR4350 works great for me with 165 gn - 180gn pills in 300wsm's. From memory ~3050 fps for the 165 gn partitions & 168 AMAX.

63 grains H100v with 180 grain Sierra BTSP go very well in my 300 wsm have been quite impressed with it.

Cheers for info. H100V sounds good from research I have done. Might try that to start with good to hear from someone who has used it. Not used 180gr before so keen to try them. Have used 150gr nosler ballistic tip for the last 1yrs. All of it was federal premium but for the last 2-3 yrs have used hand loads loaded to federal specs. Loaded by serious shooters in Auckland.

Have some pics of the 100 metre 300wsm 3 shot groups, load data and speeds from the chrony from load testing using H100v, with 180 Sierra and 168 Amax,
    Groups were 18mm, 14mm, 12mm and smallest was 8.5mm
63 grains H100v and the 180 Sierras average velocity was 2950 and 64 grains H100v168 Amax average was 3050.
Tried to upload photos but I cant seem to get them to load. Flick me a pm and I can txt them through if you are interested.
