Yes they did make a larger one for I think 600NE , might just try some 180 factory loads from PPU or Winchester ? What could possibly go wrong …..

Factory ammo is fairly mild, The only factory loaded to full potential was Norma, have not shot S&B but American stuff is pretty whimpy.
A Gunsmith friend of mine has recently sleaved one of these actions with a N01 mk111 barrel keeping all the sights and markings original
you could be lucky and no one has fired cordite loads through it,
I sell a nice .314" 210 grain cast bullet if you want to try some I will send you a sample.
