Well got some rounds down range over the weekend.
158's with 49 gr and 225 with 48 gr of Varget / 2208. (Did try up to 48.5 with the 225.
All worked well. No issues with extraction on the lever etc. Could even re chamber the fired brass just about all the way. (my 243 lever stopped well short without a full resize)
Only issue is that the 158's are well to the left of the 225's. Some more range and chronograph time required.
The 225's definitely have more authority to them at the shooter end of things.
Need to pay more attention to holding the stock to avoid scope eye with them as well. Had a near miss or 2.
