    360 buck hammer.

Remington has decided to release this.

Seems to be for the straight wall states and for a lever gun.

Not sure how I feel on this one but I thought I'd open it up for discussion Name: FB_IMG_1672382692018.jpg

Remington Ammo and Remington Rifles are separate companies so it will probably be one of the current lever actions, the Ruger Marlin rifle perhaps?
Looks like it is a Henry.

a day late and a dollar short, sums up Remington. Most likely bomb like others.
Being rimmed severely limits rifle options, no AR's for a start and in the USA that's not a well thought out marketing plan.
Only positive thing is it may mean more options in bullets for 358Win users.

375Win anyone, an oldie but goodie!

    Nothing to see here !

    I have a 375 win, two 38-55s and two 30-30s
All in single shots and all do the same job as this is intended for

Legally it fills a space in the USA... probably go OK there but probably not a lot going for it here?

I see that Henry already chamber the 350 Legend in their rifles plus the 35 Remington in their lever action. To me the 360 would be a better option for their rifles than the Legend with its odd projectile size and case head dia. But as you say @akaroa1 no better than the.375 Win, 38-55, 30-30 or 35 Rem for that matter for anywhere but a few states in the US. One would be nice though.

its about time someone made a .30 calibre in a really long case, say 3" long with gentle taper and rim... to meet the straight walled thing. with internal capacity of ??30/06

@Micky Duck I think the 8x72R might be a good starting point
