I have been messing with the .405Win & .303 cases for a while making up a few different rounds (6.5X53R, .375 Ex 2 1/2in + others) just measured a few rims just now

    .405
    Hornady 405 1.64mm to 1.66mm
Kynoch 405 most are around 1.75

    .303
    CAC 1.52
    Rem 1.54
    Ex mil 1.55

When I was looking to make .375Ex 2 1/2in from 303, 30/40, 405Win I found on the net a few guys could lengthen the case's by a drawing process by a large amount/length & still be safe.

I'm thinking great job for @Wingman as these could be used for the Everlasting .410 cases to ?

Most Aussie firms find it hard to deal with out of country orders in the firearm related field & that was before all our Shit happened !

I realize this is a long gone thread, but just an FYI Greg @ Custom guns sorted me out with seven boxes of Hornady .405 so pretty stoked. Bloody good buggar, there is still bits of stuff around if you dig deep enough.
