    I believe that NL 4831 was manufactured in the 70's by Nobel's in Scotland. Hodgdons contracted Nobel's to manufacture H 4831 when the military stuff ran out about 1970. I paid $4.50 for a tin about 1981, CAC likely used it to load .270 W until they went out of business about 1980. A mate burned most of it up in his .270.
