Fark! Nobody should be allowed a more than 62 grain projectile ... and that paper wrap will prevent rifling marks for forensic evaluation!

Dressmakers pattern paper, wetted and wrapped around projectile and left to dry. Paper shrinks onto projectile as it drys, then tail is cut off. Means a tight fit in mouth of shell and no crimp. In theory lead doesn't touch the bore and paper comes off on exiting the barrel. Originally Posted by veitnamcam
