I found his loads very hot in my rifle. 2209 at 58.5 drives a 140 VLD at 2850 from at 24 inch tube. 59.5 gives pressure signs. 2217 gives better accuracy and lower ES. In saying that 2209 is well under Moa.

That heavy field gun wore thin at 14.2lb….was really the start of custom guns. Current is about 9lb all scoped up and shoots dam near as good.
