    6.5 creedmoor load development

I’m doing some load development atm using reloader 16 in Lapua brass SRP and pushing a 140 ELD M projectile.
I’m up to 44 grains and getting 2800fps. Happy with it there with no pressure signs but from what I read in the US every ones hitting pressure 42.5 grains and getting about 2800fps. Any one else have a similar load doing the same speeds?

Doesn't surprise me, I know an F class shooter that went to the States to compete, his go-to loads that were fine with no pressure signs here were rupturing cases over there. He had to develop a new load while he was over there. Different altitude, humidity, temperature, air density, whatever.

I’d say you are fine at that.

Lapua SP brass. CCI #250 primer, AR2209 powder.

That's my 5 shot ladder test result with 22inch lothar walther barrel. Hope that can provide you some information.

    Update:
The GordonReloadingTool precisely simulated the muzzle velocity so I assume the the maximum pressure is accurate.
