factory reload data shows Vihtavuori 550 with COL 2.82 inch and 41.4 g with a full case.
so i would need to exceed that charge with Superformance, to get similar velocity in my shorter barrel

What's the rifle you are shooting it in.
I'm sure you will get enough in it.
Is you seating depth set off the lands or are you governed my mag length

I take it all back looks like that short of barrel will give you a bad burn rate with superformance 2208 is showing a potential of 2722fps it’s a great powder and available good case fill that’s with a 120BT superformance was showing inconsistent burn and topping out around 2730fps anyway it likes the heavier projectiles
