Does anyone know if you can get 6.5 fmj projectiles

Norma make a 140gr FMJ

Privi Partizan do a 139gr FMJ. Not sure on availability though. Gunworks show them as out of stock. Were the same price as Hornady 140gr SP's.

6.5 Sierra Match Kings are FMJ boat tails.

They are "open" tipped but not designed to expand so if you are allowed to bring them to war you can bring them to a service shoot.

The SMK "open" tip is just the visible evidence of having the lead core inserted into the jacket front rather than from the rear.

If you find a good source for under $50 per 100, please share. I'm sure a few of us would like to be able to load cheaper rounds for... stuff.

Hornady do the cheap 55gr and 62gr FMJ's in 22 Cal and a 150gr FMJ in 30 Cal (although I've not seen anywhere stocking them), but nothing in 6.5 which is a bummer.

There is another swedish company CBC that load a swedish made 143gr FMJ but im not sure of the brand name or availability

PRVI Partizan do a 139grain FMJBT with crimp cannelure. Gunworks sell for $60 incl GST for 100 rounds, but currently sold out.
