    No surprise there. CFE223 is too slow. Use a faster powder.

    I get 90's going close to 2900 (20" barrel) with BM2. 85's 2950.

    What Pommy said. ADI BM2 or IMR 8208 XBR. You should get 2800-2900 out of 20" with Speer 90gr TNT depending on accuracy node.
