Thread: 6.5 x 284 load ideas

For the 140gr Id be looking at slower powders. I tried RL23 with the eldx but accuracy was at the top of the pressure range and was stamping the odd case. RL 26 is gaining a following as well but I havnt tried it. After sorting some internal donut issues with the lapua brass I settled on ADI 2225 with the 140 berger EH. A comfy load of 56.5gr pushing 2960fps from a 24" barrel. Very good accuracy, es and sd and no temp sensitivity issues.
