The 130/140 Sierra Gamechanger Bullets will do the job nicely, a lot of time shooting Tahr you are shooting up/downhill so you need to account for that in your shot placement into the vitals and as someone else said big shaggy Bulls, take your time to sort out where the shoulder actually is in that mane.
