About LinkBacks140 amax (shoulder shots are not an option if you want a quick kill), 44.7gr AR2209. Lapua brass, Fed 210M primer. 2650 - 2700 fps.
Looking at Barnes LRX 127gr as a replacement hunting projectile, as I have run out of the amax projectiles, and want something that does not grenade on impact with anything hard. I have used the Barnes TTSX in my .308 with great results.
