Has anyone used these on deer or wallaby? How did they go? They are ordinary lead tipped and semi pointed. BC .214
Ive got 150 and want to use them up.
Tested a load yesterday. Grouped about .75" for 5 at 3180 fps using BM2. So they are good to go.

What twist rate was that in?

My Ruger American Ranch II, 16.5", 1:8 twist loves 62gn Hdy Flat Base soft points. Used on goats they're lethal. Turn turkeys into feather dusters. Havnt used on deer, usually pick up 243 or 7x57mm for them..
