I've used a lot of 70gr blitzkings and speer TNT's in my 6mm-204 Ruger at 3100-3200.

Anecdotal, but surprisingly the bliztkings have held together enough to punch though pigs at 150-200m. I've not had a chance to line up on one with a 6mm TNT yet but I did get one with a 50gr TNT from my 223 (3300fps) - it went through the shield and completely shredded the heart and lungs at 150m. Nothing really touched the ribs on the far side let alone made it through. I'd expect 6mm ones to behave similarly.

If I wanted something guaranteed to hold together and penetrate, I'd opt for a nosler ballistic tip or the lightest barnes ttsx I could get.
