Has anyone used the combo as per the title? How was accuracy, speed and performance on deer? Got a box of these and having a play through a 20 inch barrel.

Has anyone used the combo as per the title? How was accuracy, speed and performance on deer? Got a box of these and having a play through a 20 inch barrel.
They work well at 7mm08 velocity around 2700 fps so should be fine at higher speeds especially once you get out pat 300 yards or so. I have some and may try them in my 7mm mag but the 162 gr ELD X is shooting good so it won't be for a while. They kill well at the slower speeds.
Thanks Mooseman. Seems the saum likes 150 ballistic tips better so will use them. The 150 eld x’s can go through my 7 08.
Couldn’t get them shooting in a 19inch 7mm Saum at all
