Anyone tried this combo? I have some reloder 26, Norma brass and federal primers. The great projectile shortage means this is the only box of long range projectiles I could find. Cheers. 👍

I'd say 59 gns would be a start that's not gospel though what so ever . Just basing that on 63.5 gns being a good safe load for the 168

You may wish to check your barrel twist rate before loading. Hornady specifies a minimum 1 in 8.5" twist for that projectile while the standard 7mm Rem SAUM twist is around 1 in 9.5" or 1 in 9.25". A friend had trouble with his Rem Mag stabilizing heavier projectiles, can't remember which, shot well at 100 but turned to crap much past that. It was later re barreled with a 1 in 8" twist.
