If you can find some H4895 there is a load listed in the hodgdon website for a 100Gr bullet, load some cartridges 60% less than max charge and you should be good to go.

just looking up H4895-looks like AR2206H is a direct replacement so it will be easy to get-Hodgdon Equivalents for ADI Product Codes « Daily Bulletin
