Run 125 TMK's in my 30arx ( I still haven't knocked anything over with it yet ) but from what Brads said it was a good killing bullet.

Learn to shoot, do some load development, go kill things.
Yeah. I know how to shoot, and I know about load development and I’ve killed more “things” than a fair few on this forum. I was asking a “general” question of people’s experience using this bullet on deer - starting at 2850 fps.

Cheers Phil. We will kill something soon with that rifle. Want to see how it rolls!

I use the .223 69grn on deer at 3080 fps and they have been excellent out to 340 yards. Good penetration and expansion. Super accurate.

    I run mine at 2830fps.

    Absolutely outstanding performance.

I'm running 168s in my 308 and will be running the 160s in my 284 aswell as my new to me 7mm08 model 7.

Thanks for that. Haven’t had much luck getting eld x to shoot. Groups are a bit hit and miss but kill ok. Thought the tmk might be a bit easier to get to shoot!

Best of all as I found out in my 308. A Max's are ballistically and POI speaking : identical to the TMKs.

I run 44.5gr 2208 in my 308 and it makes the 168gr TMK run at 2680fps with the A Max's doing exactly the same thing which is really great

I believe they are different. Gamechanger = eldx and TMK = eldm....thats how I see it
